It's a moment, a whispered secret, an ode to beauty in its rawest forms.

From the innocent eyes of a 7-year-old playing with her father’s Kodak camera, to the masterful vision behind today's celestial-inspired pieces, Franca has been at the frontier of photography: transitioning from traditional film to pioneering digital techniques sine 1992. This has allowed her to playfully use light in her craft and bring a uniqueness to her fine art. Franca has been deeply inspired by photography greats like Bresson, Penn, Cameron, Salgado, and Arbus. She doesn’t take photos but leans into the age old tradition of storytelling using imagery to connect us. Each capture is more than an image; it's a moment, a whispered secret, an ode to beauty in its rawest forms.

"My art is a reflection of my innermost convictions. It stems from a quest for authenticity and is a medium through which I convey ethereal beauty and imperfection. My pieces are more than mere images; they are narratives that encapsulate transient moments and evoke a sense of vast, celestial wonder. For me, each work is like a story, intricately connected to the grand tapestry of life's impermanence. By inviting you into this world, I hope to inspire a moment of pause, a second of contemplation, and a lifetime of appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us."
